We were able to enter immediately by simply swiping our passports!! However, I later realized that after my friend entered, when I looked at the ticket, it was in someone else's name, so I thought, "Maybe it was a mistake on the part of the Disney Cast Members?" 😢 We were also able to get something like a fast pass from the official app, and we had a great time 💖 However, early bird tickets are not available, so if you want to purchase early bird tickets, you'll need to purchase them from the Shanghai Disney official website ⚠️

really really worth to visit when you are in shanghai. it's super convenient to get there by metro and the view there and activities to do makes it even more worthy. the rides were really fun and family-friendly, so you can definitely bring your kids. do stay until night to watch the fireworks which is something you definitely cannot miss.

I went there right when the gates opened at 9am on a Thursday, so it was empty. I bought a two-ball ticket, and there was a lot to see, including a glass-walled photo spot as everyone said, art using projection mapping, and a corner explaining Chinese history. It was a lot of fun.

Symbolic place for Shanghai, must visit. Better in a dark time, everything is neon, great timelapse. Not crowded at all! I had a bad experience with an 2h queues with Eifel Tower. But here everything went smoothly well!

It's good to visit if your family likes oceanic creatures. The ticket price is quite steep for the size of the aquarium as we covered the entire aquarium in about 4 hours. If there're better things to do in your itinerary, this is skippable.

[Rainbow R] Shanghai Science and Technology Museum is a major social education institution invested by the Shanghai Municipal Government with an investment of 1.755 billion yuan to improve the scientific and cultural literacy of citizens. It is affiliated to the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission.
[Rainbow R] The Shanghai Science and Technology Museum was officially approved by the municipal government in March 1996. Construction began on December 18, 1998.
[Rainbow R] In April 2001, it was basically completed; on December 18 of the same year, the first phase of the exhibition was open to the public.

It was my first time to visit the Science and Technology Museum. It was really good. The ticket I bought was 45 yuan per person, which was quite cheap. There were different floors to visit, including the tropical rainforest, African grassland, children's playground, and restaurant. The price was quite affordable. There were desserts and drinks. I took my kids here to play for a day and had a great time.

It's nice and quite huge. There is a safari bus that we missed as we didn't realize that it closes early at 4pm. Interaction with animals require additional fee but it has plenty of animals to keep a family entertained throughout the day.

It was a wonderful adventure into the world of animals. We really wanted to experience wildlife up close, and we got it. We quickly bought tickets—special thanks to Trip.com for that. Then, at the entrance, we took a safari bus with bars—it cost ¥50 per person—and on this bus, you can see all the animals much closer. The kids were thrilled. And in the park itself, you can immerse yourself in the lives of the animals: red pandas, lemurs, raccoons, flamingos—it was really cool. There are also rides and lots of cafes—all in all, we were very satisfied.

Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park gives us a memomarable experience, the place is big, not too crowded, the show was really nice and attractive, the superstar is the Killer Whale.

Overall a good experience, the park wasn’t to busy when we went but seems to be geared towards much larger crowds. The shows are good though the later afternoon dolphin show seemed rushed. All and all worth the trip if you enjoy aquariums. If not a particular interest it may be a bit boring.

The Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai is one of Shanghai's most iconic landmarks. Everyone who visits the tower must stop by to take a photo. I love the lights at night. My friend and I walked around to the other side, opposite the Oriental Pearl Tower. It's a public park in Shanghai, a prominent symbol of the city. The North Bund area is especially popular for its photo opportunities. This side is less crowded and very beautiful.

The view from the TV tower is beautiful, but the European-style cityscape on the other side is also incredibly beautiful! However, it gets crowded, so I recommend going on a weekday. I visit this place every time I go to Shanghai. The walk along East Nanjing Road to the Bund is just the right amount of crowded, making it a very enjoyable experience. There's also a hand cream shop in Tianzifang that offers different scents for each birthday. They cost about 1,000 yen each, but I think they make a great keepsake or souvenir. I really enjoyed my self-guided visit to Yu Garden, one of Shanghai’s most beautiful historic spots and a peaceful escape from the busy city. Walking through the classical pavilions, stone bridges, and koi-filled ponds at my own pace made the experience feel even more immersive, and the intricate design of every corner kept surprising me. The surrounding Old Town Bazaar added to the charm with its traditional architecture and lively streets, making it easy to explore before or after the garden. Despite how popular Yu Garden is, I never felt rushed and had plenty of time to appreciate the details and take photos. It’s a must-see attraction in Shanghai and perfect for a relaxed and flexible visit.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to shopping and sightseeing locations, especially the Bund and Nanjing Lu. Huge shopping mall close by. Metro is an easy walk, and drop off/pick up for airport transfers is convenient. Plenty of local cafes and restaurants nearby.
The hotel itself is really nice. Clean, well appointed and meticulously clean. Special mention about the staff. So friendly and helpful. Really appreciated their ability to speak English, as our spoken Chinese wasn’t good. They helped us with so much information about local dining, shopping and sightseeing locations.
We arrived very late at night to check in. The staff welcomed us and gave us a free upgrade. The room was beautiful. Very roomy, good facilities and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in.
We had the pleasure of dining in the revolving restaurant. Food and service were impeccable. The special chocolate globe dessert is a must have. Delicious beyond description.

This place was okay, I would not book here again. It is definitely in a good spot right downstairs is Nanjing road so you have alot of shopping and food halls right outside your room.
Staff is super friendly and very helpful especially the cleaning staff. Made sure we got water atleast once a day and would ask us if we need new towels if they saw us.
Depending on where they put you, you may end up having to take a pretty far walk to your hotel room.
You’ll need to take an elevator up to the main lobby and depending on the room you will need to take another elevator up. But if you are on an floor higher then 6 be prepared to hike to your room most inconvenient part of the stay to be honest.
The room also has an AC, Heater option you can set which is very handy and a window that can open partially.
The room was overall nice and clean but the compliments stop there, as the room is way to dim especially the bathroom cant really see much in there and it is also very tiny you can barely move in there. You literally cannot close the door if you’re standing at the sink or sitting on the toilet.
The shower drain also has a bad smell like sewer pipes that come up when youre using the shower and it takes awhile for it to go away. The shower pressure was okay until my 3rd day there and when I showered the water pressure was non existent and limp even tho the water is being poured on my body the pressure was so low it didnt even feel like anything was hitting me. At one point the pressure dropped to 0 and it was trickling out the shower head. The next morning though it was back to normal so not sure what happened. The shower area also floods the bathrooms as we had 3 rooms and all rooms had some form of flooding post shower. And 1 was really bad. Which we complained about and they gave us another room.
They also had a laundry room with 3 small washers and 3 small dryers not ment for bulk washing, and also free detergent. The washer was good but the dryer… unless you are ready to hang dry your clothes do not wash your clothes here as we ran the clothes in the dryer for 2-3 hrs and the clothes were still damp. And when we asked the staff they told us the dryer only dries enough for it to stay damp and you will need to air dry the rest which is ridiculous. Why have a dryer when it doesn’t do what it’s meant to do? Make it make sense.
Overall besides location and friendly staff there is definitely better locations to choose from. I would not stay here again.FromMYR 396

I had an excellent stay at Blossom House Shanghai On The Bund. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the Bund and close to transportation, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring Shanghai incredibly convenient.
The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotless. You can tell the hotel pays attention to detail, and it really elevated the overall experience. I had a room with terrace which i enjoyed very much. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to start the day right.
What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was offering local tips or helping with small requests.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. Great location, great rooms, great food, and fantastic service. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is being renovated, so for the weekend, I decided to stay overnight as a local resident of Shanghai. During the two years of the pandemic, I also took my child to many iconic local hotels to experience them. The staff are very attentive and responsive to any needs. The location is excellent, situated in North Bund, Hongkou District, which is not too noisy and offers easy access to various amenities. For those visiting Shanghai, there is a stand-up comedy show nearby that is definitely worth checking out. The dining options are plentiful, and you can easily reach Siji Minfu within walking distance. The North Bund City Terrace and the Waibaidu Bridge are also within walking distance. Today is my last day at The Westin Bund Center Shanghai. At first, I loved the hotel, but unfortunately, the experience has slowly deteriorated.
Before arrival, I had tried emailing ************************* to make a small request to celebrate an anniversary, but the email failed to deliver with an error saying the recipient’s server didn’t recognize certain characters. I’m not sure why, as the email was in English and sent from my phone.
At check-in, I mentioned this to the receptionist (his name started with “C”), who was very polite and spoke to the lady behind him, asking her to reach out to Angela to assist. He then told me to head to my room and assured me I would be contacted. I waited for an hour in the room with no update, so I went out hoping to find a message upon my return, but sadly, there was still nothing.
The email issue could have been my fault, and that is fine. But what is unacceptable is being promised a follow-up for such a special occasion and then never receiving it. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better communication and service consistency.
Later, my son lost part of his toy, which led me to start searching around the room. While doing so, I discovered dust under every cabinet. Worse, I found what looked like someone else’s cream bottle stuck between the bed and the dresser. This makes me believe that the bottom part of the bed sheet was not changed, as housekeeping would almost certainly have noticed such an item if the bed had been properly stripped and remade.
I have stayed in many Marriott properties, and this is the first time I would give only 2–3 stars. :(FromMYR 593

The location is unbeatable. Food, drinks, and entertainment are right downstairs, and it's just out of Exit 3 of Jing'an Temple Metro Station. Luxury stores on Nanjing West Road are only a couple of stops away, and Yuyuan Road offers a quaint, old Shanghai vibe with its plane trees and charming old houses. The hotel itself is nestled between two streets, avoiding the crowds but still capturing the essence of old Shanghai. The residential building in front of it is even the apartment where Eileen Chang wrote 'Love in a Fallen City.' The service is excellent, from the doormen and front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties and restaurant chefs. The breakfast isn't extensive, but it has all the essentials, and it's all healthy food. If you prefer a Western breakfast, they offer more cheese and ham than most hotels. Stayed here during the National Day holiday, and the room had an excellent view. We could enjoy the Huangpu River scenery during the day and the Lujiazui light show at night.
A big thank you to Kevin, our butler, and his team for their service. They went above and beyond to decorate the room for my parents' wedding anniversary and even presented them with pastries and a greeting card. My parents were absolutely delighted.
As a guest, you get free access to the hotel's museum. For an additional ¥88 per person, you can hire a guide. The guide will take you to see the old elevators within the hotel and up to the rooftop terrace for a panoramic city view.

The room decor is a bit dated, but it was a great deal with the consumer vouchers. We brought the kids for a weekend getaway. It's perfect for families, with fresh air, plenty of space, and lots of activities like digging in the sand, feeding animals, and making fridge magnets, all of which we tried. The accommodation area is huge, but all services run smoothly. Parking is convenient; you can park right in front of your building, making luggage handling very easy. The front desk and room service staff were proactive and enthusiastic. Requests for extra water, children's toothbrushes, and shuttle service were responded to incredibly quickly, much faster than many other hotels I've stayed in, which I really appreciated. The Peacock Dynasty Chinese Restaurant was decent and reasonably priced. For one dinner, we ate at a local farm restaurant outside the hotel, and the shuttle picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel entrance. When we returned to our accommodation area at night, the security guard at the main gate主动 helped us call for a shuttle. I used to stay in high-star hotels, but in recent years I have booked homestays when I come to Disneyland. I have a better understanding of the overall situation of the surrounding homestays. The bosses are all people who love life, the staff are relatively enthusiastic, and the room types are relatively unique, but the circle of time still gave us a surprise:
1. The staff's night shift is really ”night”. We arrived late, and they were still waiting for us at midnight. For several days, we left WeChat messages at one or two in the morning. They were surprised and answered questions as they came. On the first day, Shanghai was only more than ten degrees. If we wanted a quilt, we gave it to them. If we wanted to turn on the air conditioner for heating, we turned on the air conditioner. We also told us that if we needed to order takeout, the staff would wait... When the weather changed, they should have helped us collect the clothes that were hung out to dry (when we returned to the room at night, the clothes were returned to the room from the balcony, thank you 🙏)
2. Very friendly to children and pets. We brought many children with us (other guests also brought pets), and we were often afraid of disturbing others when traveling, but here we can let them go completely, safe, practical, and natural (only parents who travel with children carefully can understand this feeling)
3. The environment is very good, with an independent small courtyard, an independent restaurant, a book bar, lawn, swimming pool, small animals, etc. open 24 hours a day in the courtyard. The surrounding area is also very quiet. The boss also thoughtfully arranged a moonlit night barbecue and fireworks for children. The barbecue skewers are great!
4. Breakfast is already very rich in B&Bs, with porridge, corn, sweet potatoes, milk, buns, eggs, fruits, pickles, calculated by person, and you can add more if you need it;
If you want to be picky, of course there are some small problems that B&Bs may have, such as some small facilities such as hangers are a bit loose, and idle furnishings cannot be bright and new all the time. Guests who choose B&Bs cannot be evaluated by the standards of five-star hotels.
Finally, I want to say that I chatted with the staff in my spare time and learned that they have a small number of people and a high work intensity, working day and night shifts (in fact, there are many conscientious people in every industry), and they really love the B&B business! If you have the passion to do a job, you may be able to do what others cannot do in a short time; but if you love a job and do it, what kind of work status can you achieve over a long period of time? During the busy National Day holiday, the hotel maintained a steady and orderly reception for every guest. A special thanks to Niko at the front desk; he was dedicated, prompt, and highly efficient in checking us in. This was the first time I've ever completed check-in as early as 12 PM – at other five-star hotels, you often can't even check in before 2 PM. Although there was a long line of cars at the entrance, the concierge was always there to assist us with taxis, which was incredibly thoughtful for someone traveling with kids ☺️. The customer service staff (auntie) was also very responsive; any feedback we had was handled efficiently. When the breakfast staff (auntie) learned that my child had an early competition, she quickly directed us to a table conveniently close to the food. I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt Jin Mao multiple times, and I truly love this hotel in Lujiazui! Even though it's an older hotel that's been open for many years, the rooms are exceptionally well-maintained and preserved; you can't see any signs of aging! The room amenities are comprehensive, and both the bedding and toiletries are excellent. The bath products are Balmain, which are really good! This time, Ivy, the guest experience ambassador at Jin Mao, proactively contacted me before my check-in to ask about my preferences and even upgraded me to a Club River View room. I'm so grateful for her thoughtful and meticulous service! The room directly faces the Lujiazui Financial Center, and with the river view, you can clearly see the Oriental Pearl Tower. Both the night view and the daytime scenery are absolutely stunning! The Executive Lounge's afternoon tea starts at noon, and while the selection isn't huge, the evening Happy Hour is truly fantastic. The food is abundant and delicious, and it lasts a long time, from 5 PM to 8 PM! I absolutely adore the hotel's breakfast buffet. Although I missed it on my first day back in China due to jet lag, on the second day, I spent a full two hours savoring the lavish breakfast! The breakfast is divided into Chinese and Western sections. Personally, I think the Western section has a better view as it faces the river and the Oriental Pearl Tower directly, but both Chinese and Western dishes are incredibly plentiful and taste great. The breakfast on the 56th floor was so good that I didn't even bother to check out the breakfast at the Club Lounge! The hotel's location is superb; not only is it in the heart of Lujiazui, but the subway station is also right on the B1 level. It's also very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions and shopping malls in Puxi! A special thank you to the concierge department this time. My suitcase broke during my last stay at Jin Mao a week ago, forcing me to buy a new one at a mall on Nanjing Road. Since I was rushing to go abroad at the time, I had to leave my old suitcase with the concierge. I only picked it up again from the concierge a week later after returning from my trip abroad. I'm truly grateful to the concierge staff! Both this stay and my previous one, the hotel was fully booked, and almost all the guests were foreigners, with very few domestic tourists. Yet, even with such tight room availability, the hotel still reserved my preferred room type for me, which I truly appreciate! Overall, I highly recommend staying at Grand Hyatt Jin Mao! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are clean, tidy, and refreshing, and the beautiful views are incredibly therapeutic. The front desk staff were cold and robotic, and their work attitude was lax, which immediately made me lose interest in this five-star hotel. There were no welcome fruits, no smart toilet, no personalized service at all, and I didn't feel valued or welcomed as a guest. There were no small soaps for guests who don't like shower gel, and all the toiletries were large, fixed bottles – are they trying to prevent guests from taking them? If you want to stay in the hotel and just have a simple meal, the executive lounge offers hardly any food. This really doesn't justify my executive room rate; it's not good value for money. The breakfast environment was decent, but it was crowded, and the food wasn't particularly impressive. The sink drained slowly, and the maintenance worker initially claimed it was normal, but after actual repairs, it improved significantly. Staying at the Hyatt on the Bund was the smartest decision we made during our trip to Shanghai! The hotel is right next to the Bund, just a few minutes' walk to the observation deck. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in our room were a true gem – by day, you could watch cargo ships traversing the Huangpu River with the Lujiazui 'three-piece suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers) clearly visible; by night, the Bund's historic buildings lit up, creating a breathtaking river view that was impossible to tear your eyes away from.
The breakfast was another delightful surprise. The buffet at Aroma, located on the 2nd floor, offered such a rich variety that it was hard to choose: freshly made omelets, delicious sushi, soft pastries, fresh fruits, and a wide array of beverages – it catered to every taste.
What truly stood out was the heartwarming service, especially from Lorna and Anna, who deserve special recognition! When Lorna learned we wanted a higher-floor room, she quickly arranged it despite the hotel being almost fully booked. She not only prepared our room in advance but also answered all our questions efficiently and promptly. From the views to the dining and the service, everything was impeccable. For this trip, I chose the Jing An Shangri-La, considering both its location and views, and the experience was fantastic. The Grand View Room was very comfortable; the bedroom even had a partition, making it feel like a suite! 😄 Both the room and the 55th-floor Executive Lounge offered stunning night views.
I mentioned it was a birthday celebration when booking, and a big thank you to Cynthia Huang for reserving a room with a beautiful view for us and preparing birthday decorations and a cake. Overall, the room facilities are a bit old. Although I received a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor, which was supposedly renovated in 2022, it didn't feel particularly impressive.
**Facilities:** When I first entered the room, the air conditioning was extremely hot, and no matter how I adjusted it, nothing changed. I called guest services, and they informed me that an engineering colleague would come to check it. I waited for a full two hours, and no one showed up. The bathroom was unbearable – it was incredibly, incredibly hot! Furthermore, the hotel's soundproofing is absolutely terrible.
**Breakfast:** As for breakfast, there were no Shanghai specialty breakfast items at all. When I asked the noodle station chef if they had scallion oil noodles, her reaction made it seem like I owed her millions. There weren't even any wontons. Although the hotel seems to have many international guests, I also noticed a good number of families. The breakfast selection could be adjusted to include more ingredients suitable for Chinese palates. The breakfast choices were limited, the chicken sausages were undercooked, and the bacon was too tough, which isn't what I'd expect from an international five-star hotel.FromMYR 494

The moment the car leaves the bustling old town of Songjiang and winds its way up the mountain road into a forested area, a glass curtain wall 'embedded' in the cliff face suddenly comes into view – that's the InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland, more affectionately known as the 'Shimao Quarry Hotel'. This 'world's lowest elevation hotel' has transformed an abandoned quarry into a real-life 'secret wonderland deep underground'. Spending 24 hours here feels like 'fantasy' and 'real life' have been woven into the fabric of time.
**Morning: From the mist of Guangfulin to the sweetness of Songjiang rice cakes**
The morning breeze carries the humidity of Songjiang. The first order of business is a visit to the Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park. At nine o'clock, the park is still enveloped in morning mist. The roof of the underwater museum floats on the lake, like an ink-wash landscape outline plucked from a painting. The eaves of the Anhui-style old houses drip with dew, and girls in Hanfu dresses walk gracefully along the flagstone paths, their footsteps so light they seem afraid of disturbing the mist.
After strolling until the sun rises higher, we turn into an alley in the old town to find 'Zhangze Lamb Restaurant'. The freshly steamed Songjiang rice cakes are still steaming hot, soft to the touch, with red bean paste oozing out along the glutinous rice grains, a sweet and comforting delight. Paired with a bowl of milky white lamb soup, the umami flavor enveloped by the aroma of rice slides into the stomach, dispelling even the chill of the morning mist.
**Noon: The aquarium in the quarry, soaking up blue-hued time in the water**
Returning to the hotel, the light from the cliff just spills over the glass curtain wall. Taking the elevator down to the 'heart of the earth', the aquarium on B15 suddenly comes into view – giant groupers lazily sway their caudal fins, the silver scales of tuna glitter like stars in the light, and even in the crevices of the rocks, a few small fish hide, as if a 'marine world' has been nailed to the cliff face.
Back on B14, we reach the platform at the bottom of the quarry. Sunlight filters down from the cliff top, weaving a golden net on the water's surface, and even the air is filled with the cool dampness of water – it turns out the quarry's afternoon is steeped in blue.
After resting enough, we head to the nearby Chenshan Botanical Garden. The cliff waterfall in the quarry garden splashes with fragmented light, the mirror lake reflects the sky, and squatting on the lawn watching the clouds drift by, even the wind slows down. It's not until the sun dips below the treetops that we leisurely stroll back to the hotel, where the cliff lights have already come on.
**Night: The freshness of Fengcailou and the starlit river on the cliff**
We booked a window seat at Fengcailou Chinese Restaurant. When the Matsutake mushroom and fish maw stew was served, the ceramic pot was still bubbling. The soup, stewed with quarry spring water, was so clear and fresh, and the fish maw was as soft and smooth as clouds. The crispy roasted pigeon had a satisfying crunch when bitten into, and the savory juices enveloped with fragrance, paired with a sip of plum juice, made even the evening breeze feel sweet. Looking up, there was the blue of the cliff, with lights weaving into shattered silver on the water's surface, making even dining an 'immersive viewing experience'.
Immediately after the 8:30 bell chimed, the cliff suddenly lit up. Lasers spread along the rock textures, 'jellyfish' with glowing tails swam across the cliff face, and 'vines' twined from the bottom of the quarry to the top. A water curtain blended the light into ripples, making the entire quarry seem enveloped by a blue starlit river. Suddenly, dozens of drones ascended from the cliff top, forming the outline of the 'quarry' in the night sky. The gasps of amazement from the crowd mingled with the wind, and even heartbeats seemed to quicken.
Back in the room, the soda in the mini-fridge was still cold, and pulling back the curtains revealed the lingering glow of the cliff. The quarry night was quiet, with only the sound of the wind sweeping across the water's surface, as if 'fantasy' was gently laid upon the pillow.

Is the perfect hotel if you want to stay near Hongqiao station or the airport and it has plenty of dining options around and things to do. The line 2 takes you straight away to the city center and to PVG airport if needed, but bear in mind that PVG airport is very far from here. The hotel breakfast is well balanced with many options, both local and western. The service, gym, pool and amenities are on point. Spacious rooms, nicely cleaned and comfortable. I stayed here for one night. I came here after leaving another hotel that wasn't good. I'm so glad that I came here instead. I really got such a good night's sleep. One of the hotel staff, Ekko, was extra helpful in answering my questions in English, allowing me to stay longer in the lobby while I waited for my friend and even offered me a bottle of water. He was very welcoming! The the bed is so comfortable and soft and the hotel is very clean. And the breakfast is also delicious. You also have a vending machine on the first floor that takes digital payment and a mini refrigerator in your room. There's also a smart TV with HDMI and screen mirroring. It's great value for money and it's also just a really comfortable place to stay. The interior design is really beautiful and eclectic. I think you'll have fun just hanging out in the lobby, good music playing, for a couple hours doing some work at one of the many sitting areas in the lobby, if you're a digital nomad like me. As a business traveler with a packed schedule, I'm taking advantage of a rare free moment today to praise this hotel apartment. This was our first stay at Citadines Gubei. The lobby is spacious and bright, and front desk staff member Wei Kaijie greeted us with a friendly smile, showing us the guest rooms and providing a detailed overview of the apartment's facilities. Manager Fu Renjie is highly competent. We stayed in room 1752 on the 17th floor, and the housekeeping staff there are very meticulous, especially Liu Gaiqin, who has an excellent service attitude. She diligently cleans our room and bathroom daily and promptly replenishes our amenities. The hotel breakfast is very generous, and for takeout orders, a robot delivers them directly to the room door. What truly sets this hotel apart, and what I haven't experienced in other hotels, is that the front desk staff go above and beyond their own duties to deliver guests' packages directly to their room doors.
